An excellent listener with a sharp eye for detail, Chris is a seasoned negotiator and communicator, who will advise and guide you through the entire process of buying and selling your home in NYC. An active participant in the New York real estate market as a buyer, seller, investor and landlord, Chris has more than three decades experience negotiating offers, contracts and mortgage loans, and working closely with real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers and contractors. She was inspired to enter the business professionally by her mother, who was an accomplished broker.
Before transitioning to residential real estate, Chris was a very successful Radio, TV & Digital Advertising Sales executive at WCBS-TV, WNET and WNYC, where she consistently delivered results for high-profile clients in banking, education and the arts. Her drive, knowledge and connections, as well as her flair for achieving great results, are at the heart of her well-deserved success.
Raised in Europe, Chris speaks fluent German in addition to English. She earned a Journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and started her career as a TV news reporter in West Palm Beach, FL and a radio news reporter in Boston, MA. In her spare time, Chris enjoys working out at the gym, visiting museums with her husband, and hanging out with George, the couple’s super friendly Pit Bull rescue. In addition to real estate, Chris is passionate about animals.
