We've said it before and we'll say it again: The rent is too damn high - especially in these NYC neighborhoods. Real estate site PropertyShark has once again crunched the numbers to name the 10 most expensive places to live in New York, and a few of them might surprise you (Times Square - really?!). This year's biggest shakeup however, is notable celebrity mecca Tribeca losing its bragging rights as the priciest hood in the city.
